About the zoo

Children Park cum Mini Zoo Bellary has been relocated as Atal Bihari Vajpayee Zoological Park, Kamalapura, Hospet, Bellary. This Zoo is situated in Bilikal West Reserve Forests Area at a distance of 5 KM from Kamalapura. This Zoological Park has been established in a total area of 141.59 Ha of Land. Herbivore Safari at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Zoological Park, Kamalapura, Hospet, Bellary, was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Karnataka and opened to public on 03-11-2017.
