About the zoo

Children Park cum Mini Zoo came into existence in the year 1988 in an area of 2.43Ha in survey No. 2 of Brahmapur Block IV, which is heart of the Gulbarga City. It has been recognized by the Central Zoo Authority. Approximately more than 1.00 Lakh visitors visit to this zoo annually.
